If you have lost your certificate, there is no need to worry. All you need to do is give us a call, and we can arrange for a duplicate copy to be sent out to you. However, if your test certificate has expired (which happens two years after taking the test), you will need to retake the test and receive a newly printed certificate. The waiting period for your replacement certificate will also take between two and three weeks.
